Order / Shipping / Refund Policies

We are a made to order business which means that no products are produced until you place your order. For that reason, returns are only accepted in the case of an item that is defective or damaged, or the wrong item is received.

Production & Shipping:

Currently shipping is only available to U.S. addresses.

Once you order please allow 4 – 9 business days for a tracking number. Please allow 4 to 11 business days for delivery once shipped. (Delivery times are quoted by the carrier and may vary based on your location.)

Note: Some products may list a 'current' average shipping time, which is often faster than our general Full Shipping Terms. These reflect the current average times and are not guarantees, however our Full Shipping Terms will always apply to all orders placed, as they are set to include the longest possible times.

Order Modifications / Cancellations:

Due to our on-demand manufacturing process, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or modifications to orders once they're placed. All purchases should be considered final.

Returns / Exchanges / Refunds:

In case of a damaged product, manufacturing error or wrong product received, we offer a free replacement or a refund on the affected items if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
We are a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.
To request assistance with an order please make sure that:
    • The product was received in the last 30 days
    •  The product is unwashed, unworn and unused
    • The product itself or the printing is defective OR the final product is different than the one you ordered (Note: custom printed items may contain slight variations up to 0.5" / one half inch, these are not considered defects)
    • Provide the order number and a clear picture(s) of the problem

      Manufacturer Defect / Wrong Product Received:

      In case of a damaged product, manufacturing error or wrong product received, we offer a free replacement or a refund on the affected items if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

      Lost or Damaged in Shipping:

      If your item has not arrived within 35 days after having ordered, or arrives damaged due to carrier, contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
      Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries. In this instance we will work with you to redirect your package to the correct address, with an additional shipping fee.
